Busscope has a free evaluation mode, so you can test it before you buy. On top of that, every license comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Refund terms

• Refund window: 7 days from the purchase date, for any reason.
• To request a refund, write to support@busscope.com with your order number. No explanation is needed.
• The refund covers the whole order. It is paid back to the original payment method; how long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
• When a refund is paid, your license ends (EULA section 12): please stop using Busscope and delete all copies.
• Please ask us for a refund rather than disputing the charge with your bank. It is faster for both sides.

This guarantee is stated at purchase and is part of the EULA (section 6: "Refunds are given only where required by law or stated at purchase"). Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal, are not affected by this policy (EULA section 14).
